Founder & CEO

Junbae Kim (Founder & CEO) brings 18+ years of hands-on experience spanning functional fitness, integrated healthcare, and brand building. Across three fields — the body, the system, and the consumer — one question kept surfacing: why do people fail to change even when they want to? Only when the answers from all three converged that the path became clear: recovery, integration, and identity.

Key question: Does exercise make everyone healthy?

Functional metabolic recovery must precede fitness training. Those who saw no results shared one thing in common: an impaired metabolic state. Adding training load to an unrecovered body does not produce change; it produces cellular breakdown and a state the body cannot recover from.

Health cannot be achieved through exercise alone. LifeTrack Lifestyle Assessment & Design Process: Nutrition first, Fitness second.

Key question: Does assembling experts guarantee quality care?

Expertise was never the bottleneck. In Korea, bringing surgeons, dermatologists, and fitness professionals under one roof was mistaken for integration, yet each specialist still operated by their own logic with no connection between them. Beijing was no different. Proximity is not integration. What was needed was a connective structure that links assessment, analysis, and lifestyle design into a coherent flow that treats the body as a whole.

The quality of healthcare service is determined by how well each domain interprets and complements the others. In LifeTrack, no assessments are standalone outputs. Each becomes the interpretive context for the next, and the cross-analysis feeds directly into personalized lifestyle guidance.

Key question: Data, channels, and solutions for change all exist — so why do people remain the same?

Every provider operated within their own lane — engineers handled data, physicians handled field responses, brands handled product. No one connected the pieces into a system tied to user’s actual change. No matter how well-designed a service is, if the users don’t understand the how and why, it fails. Service without understanding builds dependency, and inevitably ends in dropout.

LifeTrack is built as a self-directed education system. Connecting data, expertise, and service into a lifestyle-integrated flow, so users don’t passively follow instructions, but learn to understand and manage their own lifestyles.
